At Chadwick Coffee, our story begins with a love for coffee — and a life that demanded more out of the products we consume.
For Matt & Rebecca, co-founders of Chadwick Coffee, coffee has always been more than a drink— it was a ritual, a comfort, and a moment of peace in an otherwise chaotic world.
But life had other plans.
Rebecca faced infertility struggles, black mold in their home, and a heart-wrenching leukemia diagnosis for their daughter. Their world was turned upside down.
These challenges forced their family to reevaluate every aspect of their health.
It was devestating.
Because Rebecca didn't trust traditional coffee brands, and didn't like the "clean coffee" offerings on the market, she set out to create something: “If it doesn't exist, we need to create it.”
There has to be other people out there looking for the same thing.
Despite tireless searching, clean coffee options fell short — the taste was uninspiring, the testing lacked transparency, and a lackluster experience left much to be desired.
She wanted more than just “clean” — she wanted excellence in taste, transparency, and design.
